Enterprise
Infrastructure,
Built to Last.

I design and modernize the systems behind large organizations: cloud migrations, server consolidation, and containerized platforms built for the scale and reliability that enterprises actually need.

End-to-end architecture
for real complexity.

From whiteboard to production. I cover the full lifecycle of enterprise infrastructure design and modernization.

Cloud Migration & Architecture

Strategy-first migration from on-prem to Azure. I design paths that minimize disruption, reduce long-term cost, and position your organization for the decade ahead, not just a quick lift-and-shift.

Infrastructure Consolidation

Rationalize sprawling server estates into lean, efficient regional architectures. I've reduced 40-server environments down to 7, dramatically cutting operational overhead without sacrificing availability or performance.

Containerization & Platform Engineering

Design and deploy Docker-based platforms for multi-service hosting. Consistent deployments, better resource utilization, and the operational agility your engineering teams actually need to ship confidently.

Reliability Engineering & Observability

Build the monitoring, alerting, and incident response foundations that keep systems above 99% uptime. Instrument your stack for full visibility so problems are caught and resolved before users ever notice them.

About

I build systems that
don't make the news.

The best infrastructure is invisible. When it works (and it should always work), nobody thinks about it. That's the standard I hold myself to.

My background spans both the analytical and the deeply technical. I came up through business analysis and systems operations at Collins Aerospace, where I learned that enterprise infrastructure isn't just a technical problem; it's a business continuity problem. Every architectural decision I make is weighed against reliability, cost, and the real-world impact on the tens of thousands of people depending on those systems daily.

Today I help organizations rethink how they run their infrastructure. Whether that's a cloud migration that's been on the roadmap for years, a server estate that's grown beyond what anyone can manage, or a containerization strategy that needs to actually ship. I bring both the blueprint and the hands to build it.
